Return of item

If you wish to return an item purchased on FCNShoppen.dk the form below must be completed. As a customer you have a 30-day Return on all items purchased on FCNShoppen.dk, except printed clothing.

Within 4-6 business days after completing the form, you will receive an email with instructions for returning the item

Items returned without prior completion of the form below will be refused on receipt. We would like to point out that return packages sent back via home delivery/to parcel shops will not be collected.
