1. Personal information - What we collect and why

When you pay for your item, we collect your name, your card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfilment of the concluded agreement. Please note that this should not be confused with you actively choosing for your browser to save your payment information.

If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we use your email address to send a newsletter. You can subscribe and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you do not wish to provide the personal data that is required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our webshop.

Your information (except your email address, if you have given consent to its processing for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted when the data is no longer considered useful. This may for example be when the time limit for making a complaint about an item has expired.

3. Data breaches

We will report any unlawful data breach of this website's database or the database(s) of any of our third-party data processors to all relevant persons and authorities within 72 hours of the breach, if it appears that personal data stored in an identifiable manner has been stolen.
